SENAM JARI

SENAM JARI

  
    Senam jari merupakan keharusan untuk para gitaris. mulai dari pemula sampai profesional, sebaiknya senam jari dilakukan  minimal 2 jam dalam sehari. bagi pemula yang baru belajar gitar sebaiknya rutin untuk melakukan senam jari.

    kendala bagi anda para pemula biasanya jari akan terasa sedikit sakit bahkan mengeras, alangkah baiknya, senam jari dilakukan dengan menggunakan metronome, kalian juga  bisa gunakan kaki anda sebagai metronome. dengan cara menghentakan kaki ke lantai dengan tempo sesuka kalian.

     Sebelum melakukan senam jari sebaiknya melakukan pemanasan seperti gambar berikut ini terlebih dahulu.



1 = Jari telunjuk
2 = Jari tengah
3 = Jari manis
4 = Jari kelingking
X= Jari menekan tanpa bergerak
v=Upstroke(menggerakan pick dari bawah ke atas)
^ =Downstroke(menggerakan pick dari atas ke bawah)

                         TEKNIK PICKING

Pilihlah pick sesuai kenyamanan teman-teman,mulailah mencoba satu persatu jenis pick agar kita tau pick mana yang cocok buat kita

Sebelum teman-teman mengenal macam-macam teknik picking kita wajib mengenal metode picking, yaitu:
  1. Upstroke picking : metode menggerakan pick dari bawah ke atas, di singkat (U )
  2. Downstroke picking : metode menggerakan pick dari ats ke bawah, di sngkat (D)
Setelah teman-teman mengenal metode ini saya akan mengenalkan macam-macam teknik picking yang saya ketahui, yaitu :
  1. Alternate picking : Teknik ini dengan menggabungkan downstroke dan upstroke secara bergantian hingga saat berpindah senar. Contoh : senar 6 > D-U-D pindah ke senar 5 U-D-U. D (downstoke) dan U (upstroke). Gitaris yang menggunakan teknik ini diantaranya Paul Gilbert dan John Petrucci.
  2. Economic picking : Teknik ini juga menggabungkan downstroke dan upstroke tetapi bedanya saat berpindah senar polanya akan tetap, contoh : Ascending : Senar 6 > D-U-D pindah ke senar 5 > D-U-D, Descending : Senar 1 > U-D-U pindah ke senar 2 > U-D-U .Yngwie Malmsteen merupakan gitaris yang sering menggunakan teknik ini.
  3. Chicken picking/Hybrid picking : Teknik ini biasanya digunakan untuk musik country dan blues. Cara memainkan teknik ini dengan memegang pick dengan ibu jari dan telunjuk sedangkan jari tengah dan jari manis untuk memetik senar yang berada di bawahnya. Gitaris dunia yang sering memakai teknik ini diantaranya Richie Kotzen.
  4. Tremolo picking : Menggerakkan pick secara cepat dan lama pada satu nada.
  5. Circle picking : sesuai dengan namanya "circle" yang artinya lingkaran,teknik ini sangat mengandalkan kekuatan ibu jari. cara memainkan teknik ini adalah memegang pick dengan menggerakan pick ke atas dan ke bawah membentuk menyerupai lingkaran.
  6. Sweep picking : Sesuai dengan namanya "sweep" yang artinya sapuan, picking ini dilakukan dengan cara menyapu sebagian atau semua senar sehingga menghasilkan nada yang cepat. Caranya dengan menggerakkan pick kita dari atas senar ke bawah senar dengan menggunakan downstroke saja, dan dari bawah senar ke atas senar dengan upstroke (dengan menggerakkan lengan mengikuti arah picking). Teknik ini sering digunakan Yngwie malmsteen, John Petrucci, Michael Angelo batio, dan masih banyak lagi.
